  • eGift certificates can only be redeemed online at www.eccousa.com.
  • eGift certificates cannot be redeemed in any retail or outlet store.
  • eGift certificates may not be purchased using promotional offers or discounts.
  • eGift certificates cannot be used to purchase other eGift certificates.
  • eGift certificates cannot be used on prior purchases.
  • eGift certificates are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • eGift certificates will never expire and we do not charge any service fees for non use.
  • eGift certificates purchased through any unauthorized resellers, e-Bay or other internet auction sites are not guaranteed by ECCO.
  • eGift certificates will be e-mailed to the recipient within 24 hours.
  • eGift certificates can only be purchased and redeemed using U.S. addresses.
  • eGift certificates are non-transferable.
  • Use of ECCO eGift certificates constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • ECCO reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
  • If your purchased amount exceeds the value of the eGift certificate you will be required to pay for the balance due with a credit card or another eGift certificate.
  • If you decide to return merchandise that you purchased using your ECCO eGift certificate, the refunded amount will be credited back to your eGift certificate.
